“Hope Defined” Day 365
“Hope Defined” is the first piece in the EKOLife Collection.
January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month! Cervical Cancer is mostly 100% curable with early detection and treatment. It is the third most common gynecological cancer to endometrial and ovarian. All women who have been sexually active are at risk for cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer. Researchers are unsure of the exact cause, although several factors have been identified that increase the risk. It is now believed that most cases of cervical cancer are related to persistent infections with human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. Screening methods to find cervical changes that may lead to cervical cancer include the Pap test and HPV testing.
